Prcoedure for making a complaint

Alto Clothing is a responsible online trader and wants all our customers to be happy with the service they receive.

However, we recognise that sometimes things go wrong. If you have a complaint, please complete our customer contact form by clicking here.
We will endeavour to send you a written response within 2 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response then you can take the matter up with the trading standards department. We promise to fully co-operate with any investigation they wish to pursue.
